The top photo is without using Saturation. The bottom photo is using Saturation at +2 on my Pentax. Both were set at f4.0, 1/15 sec., 3200 ISO, Compensation set +1.5, Auto White Balance. I like the bottom photo better that has the Saturation at +2. It looks sharper before the resizing is completed. I turned on extra lights to get the shadow under the nose and hat to show Form (3D).
